Hi! I broke a bone in my right wrist (the distal radius) playing softball earlier this month. It's pretty much impossible to use a computer right now, but I wanted to share a few things I wrote before the plaster cast went on for the next six weeks. Hope you're enjoying the summer heat, and getting more time in the water than I am right now!

I had a blast writing blurbs about Laurie Anderson's Mister Heartbreak and Metallica's Ride the Lightning for Paste's greatest albums of 1984 list, and it made me even happier to see Weird Al in 3D crack the top 10. "Nature Trail to Hell" has never sounded more relevant!
